These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Fantastic Frogs website and the purchase of products from Fantastic Frogs. By using our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use our website or purchase products from us.
1. Purchase of Products
All products available for purchase on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, and we may reject or cancel any order at any time.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in pounds sterling and include VAT. We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and can get quotes to ship to the European Union. UK shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date, but we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier. 3a. Pet livestock collection and transport
We much prefer customers to collect pet livestock in person. If you cannot collect, you must arrange and pay for a specialist live-animal courier with the authorisation required for the journey to collect from our site. Agree the collection date with us before booking. Where a listing states a different collection location, contact us before ordering. Frogs, lizards, newts, salamanders and pet mammals such as dormice require collection or a specialist animal courier; we do not send these animals by ordinary post.
4. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will issue a refund or exchange once we have received the returned item and verified its condition. For live plants or animals, please report any concerns as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, so we can help promptly. This request does not limit your statutory rights. Please contact us before returning any live animal so that safe, suitable transport can be agreed.
This collection policy covers pet vertebrates, including frogs and tadpoles, lizards, newts, salamanders and pet mammals such as dormice. Plants, livefood (including feeder insects, springtails and feeder isopods), books, equipment, decor and other goods keep their normal delivery arrangements. In a mixed order, the collection requirement and any cancellation deduction under this policy apply only to the collection-only livestock.
4a. Cancelling a collection-only livestock order
Adding livestock to a basket is not a binding purchase. Please check that you can arrange collection before placing your order.
If you cancel an accepted order for collection-only livestock outside any statutory cancellation right, we may deduct only reasonable, evidenced costs directly caused by the cancellation that we cannot recover or avoid. Any deduction will be the lower of those costs, 20% of the price paid for the cancelled collection-only livestock, or £100 per order. It is not an automatic fee. We will take reasonable steps to reduce our loss, account for resale and other recoveries, and explain any proposed deduction before refunding. Contact us promptly with your order number if you need to cancel. Your statutory rights are unaffected. No charge under this policy applies when you exercise a statutory right to cancel, or where we cancel or fail to fulfil the order. This policy applies to new orders placed from 3 October 2026; it does not add charges to earlier orders.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fantastic Frogs and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fantastic Frogs is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of your use of our website or the purchase of our products. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of our website and products.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fantastic Frogs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your use of our website or the purchase of our products.
8. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page periodically to ensure that you are familiar with any changes.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
