Distribution: Widely distributed in central Costa Rica around Guapiles.
Habitat: Common in secondary rainforests and the many Cacao plantations found along the Caribbean versant of southern Costa Rica. Here the deep leaf litter and discarded Cacao pods attract huge amounts of microfauna.
