Neoregelia “Akeso”

Description

Tiny rosettes with neat bands. Akeso combines ampullacea Tigrina and liliputiana parentage in a miniature bromeliad.

In your tropical vivarium: Mount on cork or a branch in a bright part of your tropical vivarium. Group a few rosettes at different heights, keeping their bases clear of soggy substrate.

Care essentials: Bright, filtered light; gentle airflow; an airy root zone. Keep water-holding leaf cups refreshed with soft water. Introduce stronger light gradually.

Also at home: Pot in a small container with drainage and a loose bromeliad mix. Display near a bright window, protected from harsh midday sun.
