A miniature orchid for a consistently damp mount. Bulbophyllum ambrosia adds close-up detail in a humid, well-aired planting.
In your tropical vivarium: Mount on cork or a branch at viewing height in your tropical vivarium. Keep the roots exposed to moving air, with space for new growth and flower stems.
Care essentials: Filtered light, humidity and gentle ventilation. Water the roots regularly but let excess drain promptly; never bury them in dense, soggy soil.
Also at home: Use a mount or small orchid pot with an open mix in a humid, ventilated plant cabinet. Match the temperature to the species.
