Description
A foliage feature for a humid forest scene. Begonia darthvaderiana comes from Borneo and suits a carefully managed tropical planting.
In your tropical vivarium: Use a sheltered planting pocket in a humid tropical vivarium, with filtered light and space around the foliage. Avoid a position that stays wet from direct spray.
Care essentials: Filtered light, humidity and gentle ventilation. Keep roots lightly moist and avoid water collecting around the crown.
Also at home: Grow in a draining pot within a humid, ventilated plant cabinet or terrarium. This is a specialist indoor display plant rather than a dry-room houseplant.
Plant details: Supplied in an 8cm pot. Established plants approximately 12–15cm tall.
